MoneyBadger Deals Program – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 26 May 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the MoneyBadger Deals Program (“Program”). By submitting a deal through our website, email, or any other official channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  • Be a merchant currently accepting crypto payments via a MoneyBadger-supported method; and

  • Either work directly with MoneyBadger or through one of our approved Payment Service Provider (“PSP”) partners.

2. Voluntary Participation

Participation in the Program is entirely voluntary. Submitting a deal:

  • Does not constitute an agreement for marketing services;

  • Does not guarantee any promotion or exposure;

  • Does not obligate MoneyBadger or any wallet or PSP partner to act on your submission.

3. Promotion by Wallet Partners

MoneyBadger may, at its sole discretion, pitch submitted deals to our wallet partners (such as Luno, VALR, Blink, Aqua, Binance, and Strike). However:

  • We do not guarantee inclusion in wallet apps, newsletters, or platforms;

  • Wallet partners maintain full control over what they choose to promote;

  • Timing and extent of promotion (if any) are outside our control.

4. No Guaranteed Results

MoneyBadger does not and cannot guarantee:

  • Increased traffic, revenue, or transaction volume;

  • Visibility, impressions, or performance of your offer;

  • Any specific ROI or user engagement.

Participation is at your own discretion and risk.

5. Deal Validity and Fulfillment

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy, legality, and enforceability of any submitted deal;

  • Honoring your deal during the advertised promotional period;

  • Handling any disputes, complaints, or refund claims that may arise.

MoneyBadger and its PSP/wallet partners are not responsible for fulfillment, errors, or omissions in deal execution.

6. Deal Application Methods

You agree that submitted deals may be applied in one or more of the following ways:

  • Discount Codes
    These must be configured by you (e.g., in your POS or online checkout). Customers enter the code manually to receive a discount (e.g., "CRYPTO10" for 10% off). You are responsible for managing code behavior and expiry.

  • Crypto Rebates
    Rebates (e.g., “R250 back on R5,000+ spend”) are fulfilled post-transaction and may be handled manually or via wallet partner integration (if applicable). You are responsible for validating qualifying purchases and issuing rewards.

  • Prize Draw / Lucky Entry
    You must track and manage eligible entries for competitions (e.g., a customer pays with Bitcoin and gets entered to win a prize). MoneyBadger may promote the campaign but does not assume responsibility for administration or compliance.

Note: In some cases, wallet partners may assist in applying rebates or surfacing deals automatically, but this is not guaranteed and should not be assumed.

7. Right to Refuse, Modify, or Withdraw

MoneyBadger reserves the right to:

  • Decline or modify any submitted deal;

  • Suspend or terminate the Program at any time;

  • Remove deals from promotion for any reason, including misleading claims or reputational risk.

8. Use of Merchant Branding

By submitting a deal, you grant MoneyBadger the right to:

  • Use your name, logo, and brand assets in the context of promoting your deal;

  • Reference your participation in marketing communications (unless you opt out in writing).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoneyBadger and its PSP/wallet partners shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

  • Loss of profits or revenue;

  • Technical delays or failures in promotion or integration;

  • Any failure to deliver, apply, or promote submitted deals.

All deals are submitted and activated at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
